Tausha Grim grew up in the rural mountains of Pocahontas County, West Virginia, the oldest daughter of a full basketball team of siblings. Tausha is married to Josh, also a WV native, who she met during their time in campus ministry at West Virginia University. Tausha received her Nursing degree from WVU, and upon graduating from college, Josh and Tausha moved to Charlottesville, Virginia to begin her nursing career in the Pediatric ICU at the University of Virginia, and Josh's career in campus ministry, before transitioning to serve as a Firefighter. Josh and Tausha celebrated 18 years of marriage this past summer, and live in Stuarts Draft, Virginia with their two daughters Kenidy, 15, and Brailey, 13.

          Tausha has spent the last 19 years at UVA Health, the last 15 serving in nursing leadership positions. She received her Master's Degree in Nursing Administration from James Madison University. During her Master's work, Tausha partnered with an amazing colleague, friend, social worker, and mindfulness teacher, Anna DeLong, to complete a resilience building program for nursing leaders, focused on the concept of teaching trainable skills of well-being. Following investment in this work to support nursing leaders, Tausha became captivated with the concept that our brains are trainable, constantly changing, renewing, and developing deeper pathways. Connecting that the growing and robust field of neuroscience research supports what scripture has been telling us for thousands of years, that our minds can be renewed, sparked an ongoing interest and curiosity with the way our brains work, through the lens of nursing science and human well-being, but even more so as a sister in Christ and a daughter of the King.

          Tausha has a passion for servant leadership and a deep love for children and teens. She is frequently known to have a car (and heart) full of teenage girls, providing expert shuttle service between school and church events, bible studies, and sporting events. Tausha loves traveling, listening to podcasts, shopping at local boutiques and farmers markets, and spending time outdoors with her family.

The Waynesboro Church of Christ is committed to helping women grow in their faith and become godly women. We offer a variety of events and programs throughout the year, including:

• Ladies' Breakfast: This annual breakfast is a time for women to come together, fellowship, and hear from a speaker on a relevant topic. We encourage all women to attend, regardless of their age, background, or experience.
• Ladies' Day: This annual day is a time for women to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and focus on their spiritual growth. We will have speakers, singing, and activities that will help you grow in your faith and become the woman God created you to be. Lunch is provided.
• Women's Bible Study: This weekly Bible study is a time for women to study God's Word together and learn how to apply it to their lives. We meet regularly with a break in the summertime. 

We believe that all women are created in the image of God and have the potential to be godly women. We invite you to join us in one of our events or programs and experience the transforming power of God's love.

Here are some additional details about each event:

• Ladies' Day: Join us for a day of fellowship, inspiration, and growth as we explore the topic of Flourish:  Renewal of the Mind. Our speaker will be Tausha Grim from Stuarts Draft, Virginia.
  The event will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the Waynesboro Church of Christ. Registration and continental breakfast will begin at 9:00 AM, followed by the program at 10:00 AM. Lunch will be provided.
  We hope you will join us for this special day!

• Ladies' Bible Study: The Bible study meets every Tuesday morning at 10:00am in the church building. 

• Ladies' Breakfast: The breakfast will be held on a Saturday in March in the church fellowship hall.  More details will be available as the date draws near.
